Refund policy

Returns are accepted in most cases on our products providing that the product is unworn and received back in the condition it was received in. Tags/packaging should remain on the item and there should be no signs of dirt or hair. To start your return, please contact alfiesdesigns@hotmail.com where we can start the process with you. Please note that postage to send the item back to us will need to be covered by yourself. We recommend sending the item/s back via registered post so it can be tracked. We strongly recommend measuring your dog before ordering if you are unsure on size.  If you need any help, please contact us prior to placing your order and we will be more than happy to assist you. Grooming products and personalised items are excluded and cannot be returned. Our returns policy is not valid on any sale items.
